The Guide has been written to support parents in finding their own unique bond with their baby. It sets out a step-by-step programme that is based on the universal knowledge that music evokes bonding. The CD contains 10 nursery rhymes and baby songs and demonstrates the natural tone of voice and slow pace that is best for singing to your baby.

Every mother is a unique person, and every baby is a unique baby, but what we found after meeting hundreds of new mothers, all over the world and from various cultures, is that there is a common need for help in learning how to communicate with the baby from birth, a lack of sharing a basic information even within the close family, and not enough emphasis on BONDING. There’s also a lack of understanding of what bonding is, and how the community can support the mother in developing healthy bonding with her baby.

As a developmental musician Orly offers her skills in deep listening and over 30 years of experience in communicating with parents and babies and young children through singing nursery rhymes, playing little musical instruments, and properly listening to a piece of music to build and support bonding between the mother and her baby.
