The gigantic ‘Ageng’ Gong (32 inch Premium Gong), also referred to as the ‘Gong Gdé’, is found in the ‘Gong Set - 32in (80cm) diameter Gong with Stand and Beater’ set and generates a beautiful warm tone that sustains fantastically well without being obtrusive to the rest of the music.

Our Premium Gongs are made in Bali from steel and have brass centres for extra resonance. The stands are easily assembled and are made from metal, with an ornately carved and wonderfully painted double dragon decoration on top that will catch the eyes of any audience, as well as being an emblem of the spirits that guard the Gamelan during the night!
