A smaller version of the ‘Begijen Guitar - Medium - 60cm’. This isn’t a guitar as you know it, but one based upon the Indian single string guitar. In fact, it is a drum and a guitar, as hitting the drum skin in the centre makes the single string vibrate. You can then produce a ‘wow’ effect by squeezing the neck of the instrument which will adjust the length (and pitch) of the string.

It may sound complicated but it is actually really easy and makes a wonderful sound. If the string should break due to over-enthusiastic twanging you can easily replace it with a high E guitar string.
